OP7 andOP77 test program

Peterako Experienced Member Joined: 3/27/2009 Last visit: 10/9/2025 Posts: 97 Rating: (6)	Maybe i am trying to reinvent a wheel. On my work we use a mix of OP7 and OP77 panels on different PLCs. No and then i am replacing panels because of defects. This mainly is the power supply switcher that need to be replaced. (5 euro part) No i am looking for a program that i can use to upload using protool and using my PC and USB/MPI adapter to test run the OP panel for a few hours. nothing special just having a little communication. Thanks in advance

The problem is that all are used on board of ships so when a panel is repaird i want to functional test it to work, before the original program is loaded inside the panel and sent out for installation. The program to test / burn in for a few hours i am looking for. I can use protool to program the original program and keep under power but because there is no com. with the PLC i am not testing the communication.

I'm afraid that is not possible. Get yourself an old plc to test your panels, a 200 series will do the job. Regards, Marcjan
