The Power Supply 3 Fan LEDs are (stable on) and the device shutdown after a second

Changing jumpers does help it to ignore the alarm and power on, but

I want to repair the PCB board

- 3 Fans are running well

- Temperature sensor looks to be OK after testing it

that's why I need the Service Manual including the schematic diagram

other devices need repair too for several faults

Apart from that you don't have the PCB board schematic diagram which is a Siemens copyright-protected product, any attempt to repair the PCB will cost you a product warrant if any exists and will put your control system at higher risk should in case there a wrong installation at the PCB board.

I don't think that is a warranty of this old power supply.
