Hi every one, I have a program where i can START/STOP 2 motos with a S7-200. Now I need to program 2 analogics outputs to make the frequency variators change my motors RPM but i dont know how to do. I have an EM232 module connected to my S7-200 (CPU 224) and a HMI with a slide bar. Now i will show you my program and my HMI screen. All what you will see is working good, now i need to do more. Thanks for all. EDIT I added 2 screenshot of my HMI with a simulator where you can see how my bar is at 8 and the value is 8 but on my PLC dont work, so i added the new part of my program... Please help me. Attachmentscreenshot.zip (287 Downloads) |

Hello, The analog output is a value between 0 and 32000, you need to unscale your slidervalue to just that. have a look at S7 200 programming tips There is an example with a unscale function(library) Regards, Marcjan |

Hello Anglada, next sugestions to Marcian's init help. I just think and you hope will also about control of motors now with digital output (ON/OFF) and then your idea about analog value as frequency. You have some analog value to control motor frequency between available analog value range as Marcian already sugetsted to you. Then that range you need somehow interpret as frequency. This is one step. next step is how you can control your motor + wire (DC or other after conversion) with analog value. I think taht you can't do this directly because different value existing - digital control of motor (binary only 1/0) and your analog idea (0-32000). Try search in web about control motor with analog value what results you'll have. Then you probbaly will understand that you mix now 2 independed things which can't be putted together. Searcgh, learn something and come here with next questions and hope with some your ideas. Hope I understand your tasks correctly... Update: here you can also see some topics of EM232 cfg analog option: List of Yopics about S7-200 EM 232 Analog module |
