Hello.

- TIA V15 Sp1
- KTP 400 Basic Panel (6AV2123-2DB03-0AX0)
- Router 3G/4G with an static IP. (it answers with a PING command)

When I try to connect thought internet to the HMI using Smatclient program, I get the Next Error "SSL Handshake Failed". It comes up when I try to connect thought internet (fordwarding) but if smartclient is used in local network, It does not appear.

I attach a file where comfort panel's setup screen appear but the basic panel does not have this option. I think it can be one of causes and another one can be in the router.

some suggestion or idea

The SSL-Handshake problem only appears if there is some kind of port forwarding implemented when accessing the panel from somewhere on the Internet.

I would recommend that you try changing the external port from 5900 to 5910 which has much less traffic. But please note that if the port is changed from 5900 to 5910 on the external side, you must also call this new port when connecting.

Panel Images V16 Upd 6 was installed here
Under Windows Apps Remove - Tia V16 I deleted the Panel Images Installation and then installed V16 without updates.

Download until you don't see the Fit checkbox anymore (usually the 3th time)

Activate remote access again.
