Dear forum member, This Desigo CC remote notification functionality involves using the Event Cause and/or "Customer Text” fields present in the Trigger Rules when configuring Notification Incidents. Event List SOURCE Field = Notification CUSTOMER TEXT Filter trigger As far as I know, the "Customer Text" is configured in the device connected to Desigo CC. For example, when configuring Sinteso FS20 fire panels or Algorex CC11 fire panels, it is necessary to import the panel configuration files. This configuration file includes a panel ID, the panel description (the client text, if configured), and the number of instances, or objects, that belong to each panel.
