Hello!

I changed my PG/PC interface and now that I've changed it back to what it was previously set to, PLCSIM Advanced no longer works. When I click start the instance never gets going. If I click the "power on/off" button the instance doesn't start either. It just starts loading and then it stops loading and there's no message or anything.

What could be the cause of this problem?

My PG/PC interface is set to Intel(R) Gigabit Network Connection TCPIP Auto. I think this is what I used to use before changing PG/PC interface. Is there something related to this that could've changed when I previously changed my PG/PC interface?

I've tried reinstalling PLCSIM Advanced as well, but nothing changed. I've tried running PLCSIM Advanced as admin as well but this doesn't work either. I'm running PLCSIM Advanced v4 on Windows 10 Pro.

first simple test. Have you already rebootet the PC? Sometimes this message is fixed due to a simple restart.

If this still happens. Which version of PLCSIM Advanced V (servicepacks/hotfixes) is used exactly?

 I have rebooted the PC. I don't use any servicepacks.

thank you for the feedback.

If so, i would update PLCSIM Advanced V4 to the latest version in beforehand...there were several bugfixes, maybe also this scenario is covered.
