I need some information about the way that the CPU reads or writes anydata to the 500-5047A & 500-5016 analog output modules, times, data format and all that can be useful in order to test this modules without the CPU

I posted the User Manuals for 500-5016 and 500-5047A under the thread TI500 Migracion
But i'm not sure that is sufficient information for your goal. What exactly is the purpose of the tests you want to do ?

I´m trying to build a device to test these old modules, now I can test digital I/O modules like 500-5056 and others, but I need test these analog modules, I want to repair several of these modules.
