Hello, Step7 is clever enough to show only versions in the catalog that really can be configured with the usedStep7 version. In this entry http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/23868313you will detect in the topic "configuration" that you should use Step7 V5.4 if you want to be able to use the new functions of the CX10 version of the CP Lean. Lower versions of Step 7 may be used if the CX10 is used as replacement of theolder CP 343-1 Lean (CX00), with reduced function scope. And in this entry http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/50583778you will detect that you need step7 V5.5 as of V2.4 of the CP if you want to be able to configure all features. Last remark: Not all FW versions always appear in STEP7. It depends upon the availability of new configurable features. Example: In this link http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/50583778they explain that V2.4can still beconfigured with V2.2 in the catalog As far as I know, In Step7 V5.5 SP2, the latest visible version is V2.2 for the CP type CX10 |
