I just purchased 4 of these Motor Starters Part# 3RT 1065-6AB36

and they won't pull in unless I tap on the contactors on the side. I have to do this every timeIapply power to it. My wire connections are clean, so I don't know what the problem is. If I was having a problem with only one of the starters I would think it was on my end, but since all 4 are giving me the same problem, I am wondering if it's a design issue? Any solutions to this problem?

Thanx for your post,if you still facing this prblem then you have to contact to your vendor from whom to buy this product they will check the product if its realy a faulty then they must have to replace the same.
