You can not Start SCADA or HMI multiple simulation at same time.

You can start multiple PLC Simulation at same time.

Other question, if i  have two PLC in the same net, connected to one PC, is it posible to open two different istance of WINCC (i use wincc advance rt), one connected to PLC1 and the other one to PLC 2 and eventually to show the two WINCC in an connected monitor with the extended desktop?

NOT possible for WinCC RT Advanced 

Could you check it practically.May be you will find some option and then revert back to us.

Just suggestion for WinCC Advanced

Create a single project .

Create Connection for both PLC Controller in HMI connection.

Copy respective Tags,Screens,Alarms,Data Log for respective controller in single project.

Multiple monitor is possible with WinCC Professional. Even though you have to create single project.
