Hi after a Windows Update (10 v6.4), WinCC runtime Advanced v13 sp1  doesnt work anymore on a on a workstation in the company.

The IHM opens but does not display the expected values, it displays 0.

2 cases of figures:
We wait 4/5 minutes and the 0 become ' as if there was a communication problem.
You click a button and win CC crash software.

However, usually the 'O' appears directly in case of a communication problem.
In addition, the software no longer works as a result of the Windows 10 V6.4 maj and no other changes have been made to the automaton.
This page sometimes appears when it crashes, it gives the impression that the software is looking to update itself but can't.

PG/PC setting of the tablet that hosts WinCC RT Adv.

SR test indicates an error but on another tablet of the company, same error and yet WinCC works normally.

Tried solutions:
Change the IP address.
Uninstall, reinstall WinCC.
Search for patches.
PG/PC changes.
Changes in network settings.
Ethernet cable change.
