for one PID controller do I still need to use the LP_SCHED function?

Hi, Im sorry but not following you there, I kept all of the parameters in the original data format after the conversion, if that is what you are asking for. I have to use the existing hardware, apart from the PLC.

I have to use the existing hardware, apart from the PLC. it is up to you to decide we just show you the way here.When convertng control blocks from S5 to S7,it is necessary to know that not all parameters in the S5 side can be converted 1:1 to the S7. That is all I can share for now!

Thank you again, No, That was my false assumption,I thought in the old system, your PID controller was included inside your S5 PLC.If it has a stand alone controller , there is no need for the conversion mentioned (S5->S7).
