Hi, concernant my last request for reverse rotation of pump (externally from my logo),i find a solution that i connect an output from the Logo to the Input on the pump to change the state from 0 to 1 or vice-versa. so i wire the terminal (called direction of my pump) to my output Q1 that i use a switch button so i can reverse the rotation. i try to do step 1(file etape1) in this project that i control the level of one drum by pressure transducer and its working.now is there any help or suggestion to do my scenario in this project: -the pump will turn on, till the the first drum will be level low ( valve 1a and 1b are openend; 2a and 2b closed) -after that, the pump reverse rotation and trun on till the second drum will be low level ( valve 2a and 2b are openend; 1a and 1b closed). the drum dimension (34inch*24inch) level low : 4inch valve types: proportionnel valve 2-10V (analog output AQ) thanks Attachmentetape1.zip (364 Downloads) |

I think you became a problem when the value for opening the valves is at the end point of the pressure. The meassure range of the pressure sensor is 0 - 5 psi and you want that the valves are open when the pressure is 5 psi. AttachmentOpen_valves_8.3.zip (386 Downloads) |
