what is there in hist STEP 7 5.5 project? Is there HMI, SCADA, etc.?
Could you open your project (in V5.5), right mouse click on the root, properties, required packages tab, and to click in excecute buttom? That willtake some 20 min to be concluded. Send us a print screen of the result.

You V5 project has components of WinCC flexible and WinCC. But you don't have it in your PC.

If you don't want to migrate these parts (HMI/SCADA), I suggest open the project in V5, save it as other name WITH REORGANIZATION. During the saving, the S7 will show a message tell you that parts could not be saved - confirm that you want to ahead.

After that try to migrate the new project and tell us what happens.

Suggestion:

Go to V5 and open this last version of project.
Right mouse click on the path "blocks " -> check block consistency -> 2nd button (complie all).

Take a look if there is no error. After that, try to migrate the project again.
