WinCC V7.4 SP1+Upd1 Does not open projects

Hi everyone, hope someone can guide me on what to do.

 I search for a while in this forum, but i haven't find anything quite my problem on opening a project.

First on the things i did, then on the problem itself:

• I Checked SQL (WINCC) service that is running, to double check i restarted the service
• i ran Reset_WinCC script
• i created a new Project
  
• I repaired the installation (SP1 first, then UPD1)
• I waited for 30 mins expecting that is a delay or something but the CPU and RAM usage on WinCC is 0 pretty much
  

The problem itself is that it doesn't open anything it just gets stuck. (See attached image)

on the status bar, it says that the project is opened, but it doesn't show tags, station, etc, nor i can click any menu or anything at all.
