migrated Wincc 7.4 issue

Hello everyone , 

recently we migrated some of projects that we has  programmed in wincc 7.0 sp3 to Wincc 7.4  , now some times and  randomly we have problems when  try to run projects on other systems   such as runtime is getting too slow , take too long to exit, take too long to open the project .

it did happen to me more then one time and i know there is some problems .I don't know if this happens because of  migration or changing name . any help would be greatly appreciated

Hello yarahmadi,

there is no known general reason for this behaviour.
You should check the logfiles in the folder
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Siemens\WinCC\diagnose",
if you can find there any error-messages.
Futhermore you should check the eventlogs of
the operating-system.

 thanks, I would do that and checking change name on fresh wincc 7.4 project to see if it happens

When you migrate, did you also include the logged data in .\archivemanager\ ?

If so, check if the total number of segments are maximum 200.

If they are above this the startup time could also be longer.
