Open project failed (0x80070005)

I've got an problem with my WinCC Project when opening it after a full download from my ES via Simatic Manager.

log file: PMStart: Open project failed (0x80070005)

Can someone help me on this subject?

Project:

• MultiUser Server + ES (pending Client)
• Connection with TCB 3.1

Server WinCC Project spec:

• WinCC V7.4 SP1 Update 4

Engineering WinCC Project spec:

• WinCC V7.4 SP1 Update 4 (expert)
• Simatic Manager 2017 Pro

This is not the problem so far i can see.

• The ES and OS are using the same accounts and same passwords
• the share is enabled for administrators/everyone/Simatic HMI/Simatic HMI CS/Simatic HMI VIEWER to read and write 
• in the logfile PMSTART.LOG and PMSTOP.LOG the following error is logged: 
  2019-04-29 14:23:36.430 PM(15412-19556) Open project failed (0x80070005)

When i delete the project folder and redownload the project it works, but a second time does not.

Hello MJB prog,

the HResult-Error 0x80070005 means "Access denied".
The Windows-User may not have sufficient rights.
He needs to be member of the group "Simatic HMI".

Hi MJB prog,

Check if you can copy any files from your ES to the shared folder on the OS

Restart the tool Security Control and repeat the settings.

Deactivate the virus scan an the firewall and try again
