Faceplate don't show the informations

Hi friends,

I have trouble with faceplate in wincc explorer V7.0, I have two project servers (there is a redondance between them) & 5 clients and plcs S7-400. 
In the first server & all clients the faceplates are working fine, but when i work on the second server when i want to show the faceplate it comes without the informations, I think that some file is deleted but i can't locate it.

in attachments the pictures of the same faceplate in both servers 1 & 2.

Do you use the project duplicator to copy the project from one server to second server

Or you load the project from Step7 manager ?

The project is loaded from step 7 manager. I forget to tell that the faceplates were working fine in both servers in the past.
