Web Navigator/doesn't show up menu and toolbar in web-browser

Here is my configuration: Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 64-bit, WinCC V7.4.0. I would like my project to be published on web-browser by Web Navigator. I did all the assingments to do that according to the Siemens instruction, and the pictures have been shown up on browser, but the menu and toolbar doesn't come up with the picture on browser. Is there any things left I should do? Thanks in advance.

schufri Gold Member Joined: 10/10/2014 Last visit: 12/8/2025 Posts: 1725 Rating: (211)	Hi Bekzod Tukhtashev When connecting the WebNavigator Client to a WinCC computer with WinCC Basic Process Control the WinCC Basic Process Control plug-in must be installed on the web client. Without the plug-in the functionality of WinCC Basic Process Control is not available on the web client, e.g. the corresponding ActiveX controls such as the collective display are missing. The plug-in is located on the web server in the directory "<wincc_installationspfad>- WebNavigator-Server-Web-Install-Custom" and can be downloaded from the WebNavigator navigation interface in the download area under "Download Plug-Ins". Have you tried the WinCCViewerRT ?
