WinCC 7.5 SP1 TCP/IP connection problem

FM_Merse1 Bronze Member Joined: 10/31/2013 Last visit: 6/16/2025 Posts: 79 Rating: (1)	Hello everyone, on Windows server 2016 I have WInCC 7.5 SP1 Update 3 installed. I have 10 TCP / IP Modbus connections and 3 S7 1200 connections (Picture 1). Until today everything worked ok, however today there was a loss of communication with several controllers. I ping all IP addresses but no connection to WinCC. SimaticNet v16 + update is also installed. Some suggestion what to do... Thanks in advance Attachment konekcije.jpg (336 Downloads)

bg2492 Posts: 7298 Rating: (2188)	Hello FM_Merse1, you could use the tool "Channel Diagnosis" and check the logfiles for this channel in the folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\Siemens\WinCC\diagnose". If can not find a solution, you may use the SIMATIC Assessment Suite - Data Collector (SAS-DC) - formerly known as SIMATIC Diagnostics Tool (SDT) - to collect diagnostics and system information from the Computers. https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/65976201 Then create a Service Request and send the data to the Technical Support of Siemens.
