Teo_Programmer Bronze Member Joined: 3/9/2012 Last visit: 12/23/2025 Posts: 238 Rating: (0)	Hello, i have for example 5 Combo Box and i have done a text List and i have for example 5 products. i try to make a script to Read the value ( TEXT ) from this combo box but nothing. i try this to export the Text from Combo Box in xls File and i write that but nothing Dim Example Example = HmiRuntime.ScreenItems("Combo Box1").Text any idea? Thanks

bg2492 Posts: 7298 Rating: (2188)	Hello Teo_Programmer, you need to use the attribute "SelText". The "Selected text" attribute shows the text defined with the "Selected box" attribute, which is highlighted in the object. You cannot directly change the "Selected text" attribute. You change the "Selected text" attribute by changing the "Selected box" attribute or the text itself in the "Font" properties group. If you use a configured text list with the "Text list" property, the object property is grayed out. bg2492 Posts: 7298 Rating: (2188)	Hello Teo_Programmer, Would you like to read the whole testlist, independing of the Combobox ? You can export it from the "Text and graphis list" editor. In the configuration database is the configuraton of the list stored in the table "dbo.ResourceListData", in the column "TEXTID", you can find the IDs for the texts, which are stored in the Textlibrary. This is the table "dbo.TXTTable". Regards Georg Berghof
