WinCC 6.2 SP2 installation fails on Windows 2003 Server R2 (x86) SP2 ENG Enterprise edition

The WinCC 6.2 SP2 installation fails on Windows 2003 Server R2 SP2 (x86) ENG Enterprise edition corp.lic. with the following error:

"MS Security Patch is not installed on this system.
For this WinCC Version, the following software is required:
Windows2003 SP 2 KB929046

Security Patch:
F:\Tools\MS_Win2003SP1_KB929046\enu\WindowsServer2003-KB929046-x86-ENU.exe"

This patch not installing forWindows 2003 Server R2 SP2 ENG Enterprise edition.

Error:Files from the package are incompatible with files on your system.
