Wincc 5.1, Win2k SP3, starts only with administrator or poweruser logged in

Hallo Everyone,

It's my first post at this forum. Regards for everyone.

Problem:

WinCC 5.1 installed on Win2k SP3. Everything is running but only with windows user Administrator or Poweruser. When I create new user and login as a normal user and try to start WinCC, it starts and after a seconds close itself automatically. I suppose its a question of some rights or permissions for normal user. Had someone similar problem ? Is it written somewhere that Wincc can only work when windows user has administrator rights ?

When you create new user, did you check "Automatic Logout after ... min."?

No I didn't. It looks like WinCC has a problem with starting because of not enough rights in OS.
