jvd124 Regular Member Joined: 7/14/2017 Last visit: 4/21/2025 Posts: 11 Rating: (0)	hi every body can help me i have a same problem,i have 2 redundant servers and several plc in terminal bus and plant bus our servers and clients sometimes are very slow. i check the "SIMATIC_S7_PROTOCOL_SUITE_0x.LOG" and have errorcode 410E and read request 0 and write request about 90000. how can resolve this communiction problem??? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from Slowness issue - In project write request is 27735.. bg2492 Posts: 7298 Rating: (2188)	Hallo jvd124, Error 410E means: Connection has been aborted. PLC or CP has been turned off or reset. PLC not connected to bus or bus system error. Maximum number of permissible connections in the PLC exceeded. For the last reason, which PLC do you have ? Smaller PLCs like S7-315 do not have much connection ressources. You can check this in the properties of the PLC, and reserve more ressources for static connections. Regards Georg Berghof

bg2492 Posts: 7298 Rating: (2188)	Hallo jvd124, I do not think, that the CP 443-1 the reason is, without it is really defekt. Or the cable is defekt. The other question is, which OS have you installed, and which version of WinCC and Simatic Net PC software ? For more detailed investigation of the problem, you could use the SIMATIC Assessment Suite - Data Collector (SAS-DC) - formerly known as SIMATIC Diagnostics Tool (SDT) - to collect diagnostics and system information from the Computers. https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/65976201 Then create a Servicerequest, and send the data to the Technical Support of Siemens.
