if you get the message "no connection to server data" and
you gt no messages in the AlarmControl, then the Alarmlogging-
Server ist not running.
You could check in the Windows Taskmanager if the process
"CCAlgRtServer.exe" is running.
But this has nothing to do with the option WebNavigator.

You may use the SIMATIC Assessment Suite - Data Collector (SAS-DC)
- formerly known as SIMATIC Diagnostics Tool (SDT) - to collect
diagnostics and system information from the Computers.

Then create a Servicerequest, and send the data to the
Technical Support of Siemens.
