Impossible to print with SSMHardPrint() function

I am not a good user of Step 7 and WinCC. I have a problem with using SSMHardCopy ().

We are using an old system from Step7 and WinnCC under Windows XP (yes I know ...). We have three systems in parallel, with a printer.

I had to change a USB multi selector for our printer and since then

After that, on a system, we cannot print using the screenshot button on the printer. I searched the source code for this button and saw that after a few C file calls the SSMHardCopy () function is called. After some research I found out that this function requires a different * .dll file and the PrtScr.exe application. All files are OK (on my hard drive), but I don't understand why I can't print when using this button ...

I haven't changed anything on the computer .. just the USB selector for the same model ( but more recent).

I tried to change the PrtScr.exe with one of a another system (the number of version was not the same)... without mors success.

I can print from alarms , windows applications, trends , but not from this button... and only on one of my three systems...

Someone have a idea, i dont know where a cant continue to search ?

Today i tried to change the original code with this of your link.

No more success

But we are ok with :

- i change the code

- i compile

- i save picture

- i do a stop / run of WinCC (symbol "play" on WinnCC Eplorer)

- i try to print with my button

It's the good way to do it ?
