Simatic PC Software v8.1+SP2 Operating System :- Windows Server 2008 r2 Standard 64bit I am configuring wincc server from engineering station when I configure from engineering station I got a message in Wincc App. "This component is not installed." Error snapshot attached with this post. I have reinstalled wincc with expert mode , import Xdb's file manually and also re-install simatic net pc software but not getting any success. Siemens sent me a fix for this which solved the issue. So far as I know this fix cannot be downloaded from the SIOS side but has to be requested by the technical support directly. So therefore I recommend to create a Service Request so that they will send you the fix. Greetings

bg2492 Posts: 7298 Rating: (2188)	Hello Sandeep Bakoliya, if this is missing, the AS-OS-Engineering was not correct installed. There are some entries in the Registry are missing, in the path „HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Siemens\StationManager“ If you would have a correct installation, you could copy the registry-keys from there, and import to your PC.
