wincc 7.2 error 8104 et200SP

lbsimon Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	hello everybody i just add 2 cpu ET200SP (1510SP-1 PN) on the factory network i can ping it but i cant be connected with wincc and i get the error 8104 can you help me? thanks best regards

bg2492 Posts: 7298 Rating: (2188)	Hello lbsimon, you mean, you get the error 8104 in the "SimaticS7ProtocolSuite.Log". L7_MISSING_CONTEXT 33028 8104 The context is not supported. An unknown error occurred in the PDU structure or service. Regards Georg Berghof

bg2492 Posts: 7298 Rating: (2188)	Hello lbsimon, the question is, which version of Simatic Net have you installed ? With WinCC V7.2 it should be V8.2 SP1 for Windows 2008 or Windows 7 Or V7.1.6 for older OS like Windows 2003 or XP Regards Georg Berghof
