What licence do i need to enable OPC UA in wincc 7.4?

Could you please help me to understand what licence is needed on WinCC 7.4 SP1 UPD10 to enable it to work as OPC UA client?

I need to connect to the CNC machine.

Does licence include some software to modify the format of the OPC tags?

When you want to use WinCC as OPC UA server then you need a Connectivity Pack license.
