PopUp window - none of the command, or feedback works

 however , when I am using the same valve symbol with same picture window name & same picture name on PAGE-2, on clicking the symbol, it pops up  but none of the command, or feedback works.

please help me.. 

this is happening only in one particular page out of many pages.
