Greetings I'm seeking some clarification on this issue. From the Siprotec 5 Hardware Description Manual C53000-G5040-C002-C.07 On some of the terminal connection diagrams (e.g. 3.2.6.2 IO205), binary inputs are marked with a 1) with side note 'use these terminals to root the binary inputs' The technical data for binary inputs (6.3) states 'use the terminals shown in the terminal diagram/connection diagrams to connect the binary inputs to the common potential' I'm interested in how this information should be interpreted, the first statement doesn't say the terminals marked 1) should be used to toot the common potential of the binary inputs, and the second statement doesn't say use the terminals marked 1) to connect the binary inputs to the common potential. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
