how to log comment/reason text message in audit trail database

hello guys, 

here again need some guidance,

facing some issues in custom audit report generation using database of Audit Trail(7.4 sp1) in sql server 2014 through WinCC explorer(7.4 sp1 update5) VBS scripting, scenario is as follows:

1) report is generated as per date&time filter.

2) report have 6 columns date&time, user, action, old value, new value and reason/comment.

3) first 5 columns date&time, user, action, old value, new value are showing correct data as per expectation, but reason/comment column data is not appearing on report..

4) i have tried multiple and several message configurations and combination in alarms logging and  operator input message box is also working on button pressing and i/o field value change, but unable to get reason/comment text in audit trail database.

5) actually i want whatever input text user will provide in operator input message box that should be logs under reason/comment column.

6) now problem is operator input message box is appearing and user able to write a text, but i am not getting that text message in audit trail database of sql server.

can anybody guide me over how to log comment/reason text messages in audit trail database.
