Gosai Posts: 61 Rating: (0)	Hello Phantom75, I would like to ask u more abt it. Now I have a software and I made a setup like.... Onewincc 7.0 SP1+connectivity pack. Question for OPC XML : I have got theOPC XML DA Browserscreen( as per attached file)on local PC and I hv checked, it is available to any remote PC of the network too. Now I don't know how theMES ( they have ask to provide data via OPC XML DA)can use this. For me, to which WinCC project this application got linked?? is there any setting for the same. or it will get linked with the current RT project. Can this application have a access to direct PLC / WinCC Tags / WinCC Internal Tags Can this application have a access of archive data? how? Can this application have a access of archive data? how?. . . You need HDA. I am not sure if there is OPC XML HDA specification. Check theopcfoundation.org and the connectivity pack manual. Gosai . . . I heard abt OPC HDA; How MES can access this; How do I configure this???. . . You do not have to configure anything (if HDA) exists on your machine. It depends on what specification is the MES application using for historical data access. Regards
