WinCC client cann't connet to server

3)The WinCC program is not integrate with S7-TDC step 7 project. In client, we use interconnection function via simaticshell。

1. System configuration

Server side:  WinCC K7.5.0.2 is WinCC V7.5 Update2

Windows Server 2012R2

Client:       WinCC K7.5.0.2

Windows 10 Professional 21H2 Version

2. The system architecture of WinCC is CS architecture

3. The issue is

1) The WinCC server runs normally and can also collect data from S7 TDC and S7-1500, which means that the communication channel between WinCC and hardware (The TDC and S7-1500) is normal.

2) The WinCC of the client is running, but the communication with the server is interrupted, and the page of the client cannot be switched.

3)The WinCC program is not integrate with S7-TDC step 7 project. In client, we use interconnection function via simaticshell。

3. Has anyone encountered a similar situation.
