13. To carry out the functionality tests, you must generate an error script, that is, have the possibility of generating the error indicated in the reading of the box.

You are giving us a lot of information on how you would like your project to be controlled, but you are not mentionning the software you plan to use for this application. 

Is it your vision to programthe PLCs that will control your conveyor motors, your sensors and your communications in VB Script, or are you goind to work with a PLC program such as Siemens Step 7? You say you want to have interfaces with the personnel on the plant floor so they can input parameters and start/stop the equipment; this sounds more like an HMI or SCADA system. Siemens uses different versions of WinCC to program their HMI panels.

WnCC does support VB Script inside its HMI program, mainly to extend the basic functions that programmers fnd in the WinCC instructions and libraies. Here are 2 documents on WinCC scripting, one for the TIA Portal platform, one for WinCC v7.5, to give you a better understanding of what we are talking about.

Thank you for adding your own translation to English from your original thread.

However  this does not answer the questions we have on your project: do uiu plan on programming the control of your equipment and also the HMI functions using VB Scrripying only?

If not, yell us what PLCs you will be programming  and the software you will work with, plus the software you intend to setup your HMI or SCADA screens with in this project.

The whole task of controlling the line should be the task of the plc and not of the HMI.

The HMI should reflect the status based on values in the plc.
