Atemp Posts: 41 Rating: (1)	Hello everyone, I developed a Wincc application from a PC. I copied the project to my laptop and tried to open it from my laptop but I am NOT able to. It gives me this message "Open Wincc project: The user does not have the rights t perform this action! Please check the assignment of the current user of the user groiups in Windows". What do I need to do to open the project from my laptop. please help. thank you.
