Maybe it would help you to read the explanation on the WinCC Information System, just write in search How to export runtime data. I can explain you breafly how to configure: File Name: just write the name of the archive where you want to export, it doesn't have to previously exist. I usually write here like that filename.xls, so that then i'm available to open it in excel directly. Directory: where do you want to save the file Scope of data export: you can choose between All, or Selection, but selection is only available for tabular representation Format: i choose as delimiter Tab stop, in this way when open it in excel all data is properly divided in columns and not all the data together in one column. Then operation on Runtime just check in or out what you want to leave operative for the scada user. Note: when you use this export data function, it will export all the values that are shown at that moment on the alarm window. I hope this helps you

Insausti Posts: 150 Rating: (2)	To be able to export from the Alarm control window you need to activate the export data button on the window's toolbar. Perhaps is that your problem
