When you select a report every day then you find every day a report in the folder "PRT_OUT" of the project folder. WinCC will be attach the date on every file. regards manfred

samkcr Posts: 406 Rating: (3)	Hi..... The daily reports are stored in PRT_OUT folder it is ok..... But i didn't want to have the printout daily simply i have store those document in the same folder. I tried it is automatically getting save but every cycle it is waiting for save..... I selected printer setup as "microsoft document image"......

Everyday you are being asked to save the document in Microsoft Image Document because it the property of "Microsoft Image Document" that whenever you are giving Print , it will ask whether you want to save the data with another name or not , Even "Acrobat Distiller" will ask the same thing

Everyday you are being asked to save the document in Microsoft Image Document because it the property of "Microsoft Image Document" that whenever you are giving Print , it will ask whether you want to save the data with another name or not , Even "Acrobat Distiller" will ask the same thing You can select "print to file" in printjobtoprint straightto file in PRT_OUT folder without any confirmation dialogue for saving the file. You can then access/print these file latter at any time using document viewer. reagrds, rit03

Shakil__ Posts: 8 Rating: (0)	If You are archiving the data. I think retrieve the data using data connectivity pack and put it in a report using queries. VB datareports are a good choice.
