The upgrade procedure requires the following: 1) Both theoriginal andupgrade key must be installed on the C:\ via the Automation License Manager (ALM). 2) Click on theoriginal key shown in the ALM in order to set the focus. 3) Click on the License Key menu and choose upgrade. 4) This will create one License Key for WinCC V7.5) If the original key is not the samepackage (RT upgrade to RC upgrade for example), then upgrade will not work.
