Where can I find GSD files of S7-400 for integration into TIA portal?

GSD files are not for create unknown HW inside catalog, they are needed for add stations to some communication channels like PB or PN. For not existing HW inside your catalog you need check some Cataloge updates Online or HSP. Also expect that some older HW components are not included inside HW catalog, especially in new versions of TIA.
