After Install SICAM PAS Import/Export function not working

But after installed it the export/import tab not working. I can't import any files via import option. After click the export import tab the pop-up tab not open. I have already tried below alternatives: 1. Disabled all anti virus and windows defender 2. Upgrade 8.06 to 8.10 3. Install as a Administrator If anyone have any solutions please let me know.
