Clients freeze WinCC V6.2 SP2

Marqse Posts: 13 Rating: (1)	Hi, The WinCC RT on the clients freeze immediately after startup with status "Not Responding" in task manager. Sometimes a client may work after a few minutes but then freezes again after a short while. The servers are working fine. The system contains ca 15 clients and six server pairs and has been working fine for a year until recently. Does anyone has a suggestion of what the problem may be? Marqse Posts: 13 Rating: (1)	Hi, Thanks for the answers. I'm pretty sure that no automatic windows updates have been run on the system. This system contains factory-installed siemens computers running on a separate HMI network, none of the has connection to the web. Regarding the report service, I agree that it's strange that it'spresent in the log file. But it has always beenunchecked in WinCC Explorer. The problem is solved temporarily by reassigning the OS servers for the master client. Don't know why this solved the problem, it was just a tip I got from someone. I guess this doesn't prevent it from happening again and I would appreciate an explanation of what causes this behaviour. Someone here in the forum might know? Cheers, Markus
