Unified Comfort Panel stuck on "Waiting for connection" after OS Update

AutoGen_8392a Joined: 6/30/2025 Last visit: 8/18/2025 Posts: 12 Rating: (0)	Hi, I recently updated the operating system of my Unified Comfort Panel through TIA Portal (v20). The update was successful, and the panel rebooted automatically after the process. However, once the panel powered back on, I was met with a popup message saying: "Waiting for connection" This message is constantly displayed on the screen, and I am unable to interact with anything on the panel – no buttons respond and I can't navigate anywhere. The panel is connected via Ethernet and was reachable before the update (I could ping it, and IP settings were correct). Now it seems to be frozen or stuck in this state. Has anyone experienced a similar issue, or does anyone know how to resolve this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Best regards, Akif

Which Panel Image do you have installed on teh Panel? which Device Version do you use in your TIA Project for this panel? Which TIA Portal Versino do you use exactly (with Updates)? Check also if you have a Panel that has still the old Bootloader Version : https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/en/view/109973587 Bye Murof
