MP377 security login not working

Adonis Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Hi there, We have an ongoing problem with our MP277. We use this panel to change recipes on our machine which requires a username and login to be entered to initiate the change. The issue we are having is that the username/login does not work from time to time, which can only be fixed by powering off the unit and re-starting. This is definately not a typing misstake from the operators as we have tried the login many times to no avail. My question is therefore is there any diagnostics in the panel which would provide more iformation on what the problem is? Do you think the device is simply faulty and needs to be replaced? Any help would be appeciated. Adonis

The Brain Posts: 1611 Rating: (121)	Hi, i believe, that are a "typing misstake" !!! Did you usein your project a Alarm View? There you can see, if a user had putin a wrong password. Notes: Afterthree wrong input and powering off -> on then you have three trails again! balba Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	hi.. i know that this is an old topic but... in last time we are having the same problems with the panel 377 and wincc flexi 2007.. the panel just dont recognize the user and the password, sometimes booting of panel help, but few times we had to upload scada programm again... so if somebody know what is the problem i would be very grateful.. drago
