Is this good? CPU analog input with electronics

Electronic receive signal from load cells and via signal + and signal - need to be connected to analog input. X11 of CPU have 2M, 0, 1 socket. I connect signal - from electronics to 2M of CPU, and signal + from electronics to 0 of CPU? Is that good? Signal to much varying and without scaling I have 8520 (IW64) After that I put signal board with one analog input (use -10/+10V) and connect signal - (electronics) to 0- (SB) and signal + (electronis) to 0+ (SB). Now signal is better, little varying but I have negative value IW80 = -13742. Is signal better because it's 12bit input and cpu is 10bit input? Why the value from sensor is negative? Thanks!
