WebNavigator v6.2 published pictures color depth

SCADA-Guy Posts: 11 Rating: (1)	I am currently running WebNavigator v6.2 onredundant Windows 2003 Server SP1 computers with WinCC v6.2 RT. We are using 10 MP370 Touch Panels and two MOBICs (wireless)as the remote clients. Prior to initiating the redundancy, we ran each server separately to confirm we had all settings correct, etc. At that time we confirmed that the WebNavigator published pictures to all remote clients that looked OK on their respective displays (i.e., the MP370s displayed 8-bit (256 colors) and all pictures looked clean, the MOBICs displayed 16-bit (thousands of colors) and all pictures looked clean). Since we began running redundantly, the MP370 remote clients are now displaying only 16 colors, not the 256 colors that they formerly displayed. The MOBICs still display pictures OK. We need to find out what happened to reduce the colors displayed on the MP370s - 16 colors makes our pictures look terrible. We can find no setting(s) on the MP370 - or the Windows CE v3.0 OS - that will allow us to adjust this. Does anyone have any ideas about what we should check to get our MP370s displaying 256 colors again?

Since then anything has only 16 colors in the MP's, or is it only WebNavigator? Weird.... I think you should contact support, so they can help you out... Good luck! Danielle
