As for what to do when you get a technical enquiry via PM, I keep it quite simple and reply back as a matter of principle with the following: Dear xyz unless you have done so already, I suggest that you post your question in the forum. This way you can benefit from a wide range of knowledge from different users as well as giving others the chance to learn from the answers. Thus far this reply has not let me down and the question was subsequently posted by whoever sent the PM inside the forum. As such my request for an enhancement of the PM facility would NOT be a button to forward the techncial PM to the Moderator for postingwhohave enough to do with actual moderation. Instead I'd like a button that allows the pasting of a configurable reply message (just to save me the copy/paste "effort" of the above reply).

I beleive more experienced member of the forum should inform the newcomers with patience .This thread and posts here would be a great help and thanks to smiffy to his concise guideline on a common issue.
