V6.0 SP4 - Odd Behavior in RT

amateur Posts: 145 Rating: (3)	The customer's project is in WInCC V6.0 SP4. The project runs without any problem five months now. However, before a few days we had a power failure, which lead to an odd behavior in RT. We couldn't change pictures in the RT. After the start picture has been loaded, no further navigation was possible. We opened a Service Request, but the remedy which has been suggested didn't wok out. So, after many trials, the solution is the following: start -> run -> control userpasswords2 & reboot the PC. After that the project played again without any problem. I don't know how that helped, but it did. We would like to hear any insights about that with Regards
