How to connect Iot2040 with Wincc RT 7.4?

Fe_lipe Silver Member Joined: 12/12/2016 Last visit: 12/11/2025 Posts: 640 Rating: (60)	Hello, You can use OPC UA or Modbus TCP to establish a conneciton between WinCC v7 and the IOT2000. On the WinCC side you can for an example configure an OPC UA Client or Server, which you can also do on the IOT with node-red or directly in nodejs. Regarding Modbus-TCP, you can configure a Modbus Server in WinCC v7 and use a Modbus Client in node-red on the IOT side. Kind regards!
