I can not communicate with PLC LOGO! and Winncc in Runtime V15

I ask for your support please, 
I have installed the TIA V15,
in which I could not simulate 
in Wincc Advance my PLC LOGO! V8, 
termination 0BA8 with firmware v1.8.03 
and I also have a PLC LOGO! termination 0BA0 
In this one it can make programs in LWE,  
I make the appropriate fisical connections, 
and check the IP addresses and not are the same , 
I upload the program in the PLC LOGO! 
I put it online, and in my LAPTOP, 
I click on start runtime on the PC, 
and the values ​​do not appear, and in some tables I see ####.  

Can someone help me please? I thank you very much, good day to all.

Did you configure the section connection under WinCC advance. Maybe some screenshots about your configuration might help us to understand what you have done.
